Executive Club Co-Op is located right on the Moorings Bay with quick and easy access to the sandy beach right across the street at the Vedado access point. The Executive Club was built in a horseshoe shape, allowing for great views from all of the units. This is a cooperative that does not have a land-lease. It is a 55 and older building, no pets are allowed. You can lease once a year with a 90 day minimum stay. There are 46 units in total at the Executive Club.
