La Villa Riviera condo consists of 32 units expanding across 3 floors. Each floor-plan is nearly identical with 1,350 square feet.
Building D is different in that it has four units per floor starting on floor 2. The first floor is dedicated to office and storage space. Parking is covered and guests have spaces reserved in the front of the complex.
