Orleans Club is a 32-unit, 3-story condo complex. Located at the corner of Harbour Drive and Leeward Lane and sits directly on Moorings Bay. Boat slips can be leased from the association and there is only one bridge to the Gulf.
The Miramar Beach access is a short walk over the Harbour Drive bridge and then south. No pets are permitted at the condominium. Leasing is not allowed for the first 3 years of ownership. After that, you can lease once a year. The individual condo units enjoy bay views because of the slightly curved architecture of the building.
The Orleans condominium is conveniently located between dining and shopping opportunities at 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and the Venetian Village. Condo owners enjoy a bay-front pool, an outdoor grill area, and a guest suite.
