The condo is located just south of the Mooringline Bridge and directly across the street from Moorings Beach Park and sits on the Bay. Port Au Villa is a cooperative consisting of 56 units in 2 and 3-story buildings. There are no elevators in the condominium.
No pets are allowed and parking is uncovered and assigned. Two leases are allowed a year for a 60-day minimum stay. Individuals within the association own 14 boat slips located on the site. The condo has a community pool, and a common laundry facility (although you can have your own washer and dryer in your individual unit) and it enjoys a great location, directly across the street from the beach.
