Regency Towers condominium was built after Hurricane Donna swept across SW Florida. All walls and floors in the building have been built with double code standards, and thus the condo structure is extremely durable. All units come with a single under-building parking space, except penthouses (four in all) which come with two parking spaces.
Most units in both eight-story towers provide excellent gulf of Mexico views, especially those in the west tower. Pets and rentals are not allowed here at the condo. Regency Towers is adjacent to the Vedado beach access point, giving some buffer space to the south and improving condo unit views.
