The Spindrift Club condominium has 33 boat slips total, which can be leased by the year as available. Boat lifts are allowed, although they must be supplied by the owner. Kayak storage is available as well. The condo building is just steps from the Gulf beach, just across the Boulevard. Even-numbered units on floors 4 and above have Gulf views, while odd-numbered residences overlook the Bay. A land lease remains on only two units in the building. There are restrictions on automobiles, with motorcycles and trucks not allowed here at the condo. Guests can park in the 20 open spaces available. Residences come with one assigned parking space, which is covered for most condominium units.
