St. Croix Club condominium is a Moorings beachfront condominium. St. Croix Club consists of 36 units split into three buildings, with only two units per floor. Since only one interior wall is shared between every unit on each floor, providing views of the Gulf and bay on three sides. Each unit comes with one covered parking space.
The condo amenities at St. Croix Club include a beachfront pool, grilling area, pergolas and social area, and a vehicle wash area. Pets are not allowed here at St. Croix Club. Owners can lease out their properties once a year for a minimum of 30-days.
