The Windsor Court condominium was built in 1973 and contains 44 units total. All condo residences are between 1,450 and 1,550 square feet and feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Impact-resistant hurricane glass has been installed in all of the condo units. Some condominium units have a deeded dock - and there are no bridges between Windsor Court and Doctors Pass, so sailing craft can be harbored here at the condominium. Residences come with a private, 1-space garage. Pets are not allowed at the condo. One rental per year is allowed, with a minimum term of 90 days.
