Naples and Marco Island real estate markets are attracting all-cash buyers.

In this market, 56.1% of home-buyers paid all cash, which is the sixth-highest share in the nation. By comparison, about 28% of buyers nationwide purchased homes with all cash, according to new research from the National Association of REALTORS®.
In the five years leading up to the pandemic, just 22% of buyers nationally were all cash.
Naples draws all cash buyers for several reasons:
- It has an older population able to leverage equity from previous homes
- Strong demand for second homes and investment properties
- Broad appeal for people relocating.
