Valencia Sky Naples Homes for Sale
Valencia Sky is GL Homes' newest 55+ community in Naples, located at 2841 Ridgecrest Place (34112), just minutes from downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue South. GL Homes announced the community in late 2024 and reported more than 50 homes sold in its first three weeks of sales in early 2025 - one of the fastest starts of any 55+ community in Collier County.
Market snapshot (MLS, November 4, 2026): about 11 Valencia Sky homes were listed, priced from roughly $782,500 to $1,075,000, averaging about $937,000 and $461 per square foot. GL Homes also sells to-be-built homes directly, so total availability is higher than the MLS count.

Valencia Sky trades some of that acreage for location - it is much closer to downtown and the Gulf. Buyers who want the Valencia lifestyle at a lower price often compare Trails resales with new homes at Sky.

GL Homes has promoted a "try before you buy" stay at Valencia Sky, a good way to test the lifestyle. When you are ready to price a home, compare the base price, lot premium, options and any current builder incentive together - not one at a time.
