Valencia Trails Naples Homes for Sale
Valencia Trails is GL Homes' gated 55+ active adult community on Immokalee Road in North Naples (34120), about 7 miles east of I-75 exit 111. GL Homes began construction in 2020 on a plan of about 850 single-family homes on more than 500 acres, all with one-level floor plans.
Market snapshot (MLS, November 4, 2026): about 32 Valencia Trails homes were listed, from roughly $729,000 to $2,250,000, averaging about $509 per square foot. Nearly all were resales built from 2021 to 2024, so buyers here usually compare a nearly new resale with a brand-new home at Valencia Sky.

Both are GL Homes Valencia communities. Trails offers more homes, larger lots on average and lower prices per square foot; Sky is newer and much closer to downtown Naples and the Gulf. If location matters most, look at Sky; if value and selection matter most, Trails resales are worth a close look.
