We went through a fairly painful process because two weeks before closing hurricane Ian hit the house I was selling and did enough damage that delayed everything. Then the buyer backed out which was legal. By the time I got the house back on the market the market had slowed and it did take us some time to get the right buyer. Glen stuck by me the whole time and I always felt his advice was knowledgeable and helpful. Though it was a horse property he marketed to horse Publications and to non-horse buyers. It is a difficult process and I always felt like he was right there for me and on my side. I would not hesitate to hire him as an agent.
